I am a registered nurse. I am applying to a nuclear medicine program. It is a certificate program based at a hospital.

I want to know if my background in nursing will be of any help/make the program easier for me. What benefit would I have over someone that is already a radiology tech? What benefit would they have over me?

One item on their registration is to draw a gamma ray? Can anyone give me some direction on this???

Is there anything you can suggest for me to be more prepared for an interview to get into this program?

Thanks,
michelle
