I have a 4 year bachelors degree for xray and have a xray tech job but had previoulsy had a hernia and still have pains all the time on both sides and have gone to the doctor and he siad its just cause of scar tissue but the lifting of pts aggravates it. I am in pain alot lately and am thinking of a career change and wanted to know if anyone knows what else i can do with a bachelors of science in xray or if i have to go back and get my masters.

me thinks it may be time for teaching or admin.

... on second thought, have you thought about an imaging center? i've been at one for about a year now, and it's really not a lot of physical labor (i've gained about 30 lbs here...)
