hi everybody i wondering if someone fails the fourth attempt board exam what should be done

A 4th attempt to pass the ARRT exam?

Call the ARRT, the ARRT Rules and Regulations here: http://www.arrt.org/about/rulesandregs.pdf which clearly state that applicants are limited to THREE attempts to pass the national certification exam.
