I recently went to my orientation and talked about the Radiography course with some senior grads, and all of them has some negative experiences with Techs in hospitals. I would like to know how I can avoid this as much as possible, or if possible, come to a compromise with them. |

You could just as easily title it "What is this about mechanics/hairdressers/attorneys/cowboys/ministers having bad attitudes".
It isn't as though Radiographers have a lock on this or any other dumb behavior. No matter what part of the counry you're in, what school you went to, where you practive or what your name is .. you will NEVER find that utopian job where everyone loves everyone else and we can all get along. Life isn't like that.
Do what you're there to do - soak up everything like a sponge. Do your utmost to become a professional, care for your patients first and you'll be fine. You'll never please everyone, at any facility, there'll be someone who strikes you wrong (or maybe you strike them wrong).
Your challenge isn't to find perfect job. It's to behave like a professional not matter the behavior of others.
You don't have to look in the mirror at night and make sense of their behavior. You only have to think about your own. Focus on that, and what others do or do not do won't matter so much to you.
