Please can anyone help me? I have a radiologist who is checking for suspected problems from an endovascular graft in the aorta that was done 3 years ago previously. He does a diagnostic aorta angiogram, tries angioplasty, it doesn't work so then he removes the catheter leaves the wire and puts in a cryoplasty catheter and proceeds to destroy the 3 separate areas of stenosis with nitrous oxide calling it cryoplasty? What do I charge for this? The only thing I can think of is code 35491 or an unlisted procedure. Then he takes measurements after he does this. Do I charge for these too? Please help
