If you are currently doing virtual colonoscopy would you provide insight re:
startup, short falls, recurring problems, community publicity/acceptance, radiologist concerns/complaints. Anything else that might be of help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as start-up you will need to have the support of your endoscopy department as the primary target of Virtual Colonoscopy, until insurance begins to cover them more, will be failed colonoscopies. The shortfalls are primarily not getting a good prep, same as a normal colonoscopy. And as far as the radiologist is concerned, studies show that the more they read and the better training they have, the better they are at reading them.
