|
Hi Everyone,
I want to quickly ask if anyone of you have seen some Brodie's Abscess CT scans ?
I was diagnosed by prof. of oncology with Brodie's.
As far as I know it is quite rare disease and kind of tricky in diagnosing, however other doctors (my surgeons) are not so convinced bout that (so far they haven't seen any Brodies AFAIK).
What is more it looks like it is not typical Brodies, but I found out that there is some classification and mine can fit to on of options.
If I would post CT scans would there be anyone who could have a look and read article bout that to gibe me an answer if I should go down that path and search other prof top confirm this diagnosis ?
Thanks very mucho in advance,
PS Otherwise I ll stay undiagnosed again ... |

I'm afraid you're in the wrong place.
This message board is for those who perform diagnostic imaging procedures (and this particular thread is for student imagers). Images from those radiologic procedures are "read" by a fully-licensed physician who has spent multiple years after medical school specializing in the interpretation of diagnostic images - a Radiologist.
Although I understand your anxiety, if you're not comfortable with your current healthcare providers, your best bet is to seek out an official second opinion -but to ask for opinions from an anonymous group is foolhardy, at best.
Good luck,
