User manual for Simens Elegra and Philips HDI 4000

Hello,
Can someone help me.
I have ultrasound scaners Simens Elegra and Philips HDI 4000 and I need user manual because I lost original during transport of units form one clinic to another.

As I don't possess a Siemens or Phillips customer ID, I was not able to access their product support. You should have no trouble.
