Hello I'm a business analyst and I would like to know the actual flow of the Radiology process. that is from the patient appointment to the final report generation and clearing the billing

Your question is far too broad. Workflow is determined by each facility, and I've never worked at two facilities where it was exactly the same.

In GENERAL -
For an outpatient - physicians office makes appointment, patient keeps appointment and has procedure, patient/ins/other is billed for technical charges at completion of procedure, patient's exam is interpreted, patient/ins/other is billed for professional charges at finalization of report.

Technical charges include room time/technologist time, equipment use, use of any other equipment (catheters, guidewires, sterile trays), any recovery toom charges, anything that the FACILITY bills for. The professional fee is strictly for the radiologists billing - interpretation of the images and any other physician charges.

The hospital or imaging center may handle the Rads billing for them, but there are still TWO components - the technical charges and the professional charges.
