can a hospital include a surgical component in addition to a CT biopsy with a technical modifer when preforming ct biopsies? -
The radiologist is already charging for the professional component and surgical component.

the state is NJ - does that matter? i didn't realize cpt books were state specific. Thanks for reading it tho- any thoughts?

The hospital should be reporting both the surgical and radiological components to capture their resources used.
