I curious, has anyone had any sucess getting better positions using Monster?
I'm not sure if a lot of recruiters check Monster for our field.

A lot do, you'd be suprised at how many people check that. Having unique / extra skills is always looked for.

Monster's been extremely successful for me - Uploaded a full resume - like another poster - make sure that you've listed all experience, the more varied the better. Got dozens of emails.
