I am currently doing a research paper on the safety of pregnancy ultrasound scans. Parents are convinced by doctors that they are completely. But, there is a slight controversy that mothers are say they are absolutely not 100% safe that's why they totally avoid it. Then again, there are mother's who think they completely harmless, I was one of them. So I did some research and had come to find that they cause a number of things. when a baby is born it: 1) affects behavior 2) delays speech 3) stunts growth 4) increases left-handedness in males.
