Hello all- Im currently working on a siemens symphony 1.5 we have saved all are patients dicom images on these with the syngo viewer. We are getting a GE Scanner next week and what Im trying to find out is how can we still burn CD's for patients from the old siemens studies. Our PACS system does not allow this? Any help would be Great. Thanks

i'm not sure about the mri, but for the siemens ct, i know that if you burn the images to a disk directly from the scanner, they are in DICOM format. DICOM images should transfer no matter what brand scanner it is.

i would double check with your siemens and ge reps to be sure.
