What 4 things must be in alignment so as to eliminate shape distortion? |

I can only think of three: the central ray, the body part and the image receptor. What am I missing? |

I think in that context, the x-ray tube and the central ray should be the same. You have to have the tube lined up so that the central ray is perpendicular. |

Kind of the same, but refering to different parts  |
