Testimonials from IAMP website:

“When I first came to the Institute of Allied Medical Professions I wanted to be a professional sonographer. I had heard so many good things about the school that I became very eager to join and I must say that I was not disappointed. The curriculum was very thorough, clear and well thought out. The clinical training was so exciting that three weeks into my clinical practice I was offered a position as a sonographer. However I still had to wait until I could graduate and be certified, after which I was still offered the position. Six years and three ARDMS registries later, I moved up to a position as an ultrasound instructor. Thank you IAMP for your great contribution to my success.”
—Anthony Rodriguez, RVT, RDMS

"In April 2003 I entered the Institute of Allied Medical Professions’ ultrasound program. This program was the beginning of a new career for me as I retired from my other career of 22 years. Although there are various other schools that have ultrasound programs, I am positive that I received an excellent education. After classroom instruction I entered my internship at New York Hospital in Queens. You could not ask for a better placement than this. Some of the best diagnostic medical sonographers at this hospital are students of IAMP. IAMP prepared me very well for my internship and for that I am very thankful."

"When I finished my internship and was eligible for the ARDMS Registry exams, I passed both Physics and Abdomen/Small Parts with very high scores. I know there are other schools out there that have ornate campuses and high tuitions to pay for the frills. IAMP is a serious school. IAMP will provide you with the material needed and if you put your effort into it you will reap great returns. I have not one regret from the moment I met with an Admissions Representative to the day of graduation."
—Daniel Engel, RDMS, MSW, BS, SDMS

“Looking back on my career as a sonographer, I can site one factor that helped me reach the highest levels in this field. The solid clinical and didactic training that I received at The Institute of Allied Medical Professions attribute to this success. This is a key element when considering an Ultrasound program. Many programs offer didactic training with clinical rotations or clinical (on-the-job) training but no didactic experience. Few offer the excellent facilities and background that is provided by IAMP’s course of study.”
—Shannon Chamber, RDMS

It looks to me, after reviewing the website, to be an excellent school. If I were you I would look into the program.

Just my opinion. Very Happy
