I have just completed two (2) years of academics and applied for the clinical stage in north Louisiana and east Tex. Didn't make it this year in either college and u can only apply once a year.. Does anyone else know colleges for associates (2 year) where i can apply more than once a year? I have come this far and am honor student at 47 years old and still can't get in. I am getting desperate and willing to travel to get into clinicals.. As close to home (north Louisiana) as possible..
Thanks

Your program doesn't have you do clinicals while you are in school? Every program that I've ever heard about combines both at the same time.
It really doesn't seem fair to students who work hard for 2 years to not be able to do clinicals. I don't understand the separate application procedure?
I hope you can get into clinicals soon!

I have never heard of such a thing!? Where do you attend? Is it an associates program? I go to Vol State CC in Tennessee and it is a 2 year program, I just got my 3 clinical rotation sites that have been assigned to me for my 2 years. So, you are already IN a radiologic technology program and you have to go out and find your own site to do clinicals at? Am I understanding this correctly?
