I cannot recommend D.A. Saia's review book/website enough. Paying for the online site that goes with it is worth every penny. It has tons of mock registry questions. The tests can be broken down into catagories and subcatagories so you can focus on your weaknesses. You can choose to only be quizzed on missed questions if you want, the possibilites are endless with this site. There is a book that goes with it, but I didn't care for it. I used the website only and passed with flying colors. The site also explains why the correct answer is right, and why the other ones are wrong. I believe the book does this too.
I found the website to be much more user friendly than the book, and had so many testing format options that the book doesn't have. The site allows you to choose what subjects you want to be tested on, or you can make the tests completely random. It also gets you used to sitting in front of the computer and answering questions like you'll have to do for the registry.
I didn't do very well on most of the online tests, or just barely passed so I was very nervous going into the registry. I found Saia to be harder than the actual registry for the most part. Everyone else that I talked to said the same thing.
Can you tell that I LOVED the website?? LOL!
Oh yeah, the longest subscription they have is 6 months, but you can extend it for a fee.

I am preparing to take my boards and I had heard from a friend about a mock registry called rite advantage radological physics. I tried it and it is pretty good.
