There's a list of most state agencies located at http://www.rtstudents.com/radiology/radiology-licensure.htm hope that helps out.

We saw a video on that the other day but it was dated in the 1990's. I'm sure the radiology laws have changed since then. I think it was 11 that didn't have rad tech state licences.

NC definitely does not... we are fighting it though, its hard to believe that a cosmetologist has to have a license but someone working with radiation does not!! If pateints only knew... I started a new job out of school in a doctors office and the girl they had doing it was hired for billing etc! It drove me nuts when she was showing me around, taking x-rays with the door wide open Exclamation Exclamation It really pays to have someone who went through school with the knowledge of radiation protection etc because not only does this affect the patients, its affecting the other employees... blows my mind quite honestly

South Dakota does not require a state license, just your ARRT (or NMTCB, etc)! Very Happy

Actually, as RadMaster pointed out, this site has the information you're looking for. His link here http://www.rtstudents.com/radiology/radiology-licensure.htm

will provide access to current state licensure information.
