radiology schools

my name is robert
i am a freshman in college. and i decided to become a mri technologist or rad tecnnologist. i am wondering if anyone knows any schools in brooklyn or new york. i was looking into liu rad tech program its 4 years and 35500 a year kind of steep is this a reasonable price for a rad school. any info u can give me will be greatly appreciated because i am stuck right now.

Hello I'm a rad tech in LI, NY. Let me start by saying that if you want to be a mri tech go to xray school first. Most hospitals, offices in NY don't hire Mri techs with out and xray license. Most places cross train you on the job.
As far as xray schools I know there is one or two in Brookyn don't know the names, sorry. There are a bunch on LI. The closer ones to the city are Cw Post which has a 4 year bachleors program which is really not need and is way expensive. Nassau Community College is another option. It is cheap, and has a great reputation. I went to Nassau. Any question feel free to ask. good luck
