Everyone in my class was horrified at the prospect of radiation physics. At our orientation, the instructor for that class even spoke about it, saying he'd try to make it as painless as possible. Looking back, the physics was easy. It was the techniques class that was hard!

I am not a math person but despite that I found that the physics really wasn't all that scary. Learn your formulas - and don't freak out!

Our program uses the Bushong text and I find it very wordy and difficult to understand. We also had online modules for our physics which I felt made the subject more understandable.
