CR is angled 30 degrees caudal, exiting the occipital protuberance.
Semiaxial AP projection of the skull demonstrates the petrous pyramids of the temporal bone, the foramen magnum, dorsum sellae, posterior clinoid processes, occipital bone, and posterior portion of the parietal bones.
