Hi, I have a small question : if a patient presents with bulging eyes, blurred vision and a hx of head trauma i week old.. doctor requests x-rays (small hospital no CT or MRI available.) I think this pt has a cavernous arteriovenous fistula but i dont know any radiographic projection to demonstrate this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks much
