Over the last year and a half, I have had 4 ct scans to rule out possible TIA vs migraines. I am very happy to know that it was migraines. Do ct scans cause any damage to the brain? I am now very worried that I have over exposed myself to too much radiation from the ct scans. I am so worried it is actually affecting my life. Am I being overly worried?

Hello! Try not to be overly worried. Although a ct scan does produce more radiation than a regular xray, your doctor would not have allowed them if he didn't think they were necessary. Tell your doctor if you are having any symptoms that are not normal. The mind is a very powerful thing, so try not to worry. You may even want to tell your doctor about your concerns. He may even be able to give you more information about ct scans.
