Now, I have a bachelors degree in RT and im awaiting for my State licensure examination. But for the meantime I'd like to work in the field, is it possible to work as MRI without having a state license? Please help and Thank you youre most appreciated.

You can work in MRI as long as you are registry eligible through the ARRT. You should try and sit for the avanced level of certification within 1 year of employment. It shows that you do not want to be a button pusher.

There is absolutely no law whatsoever requiring you to be "registry elgible" through the ARRT. Most employers might take it upon themselves to require this, however. The ARMRIT is an alternatve certification organization that is accepted by some facilities also.
