I appreciate the information and your listing. I am an experienced spine MRI teleradiologist with 10 years experience in interventional spine radiology. I have had a few years experience with upright, weight-bearing imaging of the spine. I found the functional imaging and weight-bearing positions be quite helpful as the dynamics disc bulges and disc variations change with weight-bearing. The capability of evaluating for segmental instability using flexion extension views is also an additional plus with standup MRI. I have found this to be a useful technology and most of my spine surgeons will use standup MRI for evaluation of many of their problematic cases.
