Once you have purchased a new piece of Radiation producing equipment, how long do you have to get the physicist to inspect it? Also, what about the state?...I've already added it to my Radiation Control Liscense.

if i'm not mistaken, all physics testing has to be done before you do your first patient. same for the state.

Nice answer papa, I would add that ethically it is the thing to do as well; regardless of the law.
