Are there any other physician's office RT's out there? Would really like to know if I am experiencing the same stresses. I work in a very small office, and I am the only RT. I do my share of x-rays, but also take vitals, answer phones, draw blood. I am finding myself doing it all, including training the nurses, etc. Getting raises is like pulling teeth. I know my boss wants to, but family practice docs really have a lot of expenses. Just wondering if anyone else has the same prob? Should I bail? Have been there 4 yrs. (I also work weekends at a hospital to keep up on PACS)
