Does anyone know anything about Pediatric Radiology or works with pediatric radiology? if say can you tell me a little about what its like and what is a typical day like on the job. Thanks

Screaming scared children, bad pictures, crazy parents, coffee, cigarettes (for me), that's half of my day, in private clinic, in private medical building, half of the doctors are pediatricians. Shocked

ok, thanks for lettin me know. do you all have ways u calm them down and overall do u like workin with pediatrics.

U can't calm them down if they are 6 mts or 1 y.old, even the parents cannot. Be fast, precise, find the way to the parent, only he can help you. Protect nomatterwhat. Nice is when the pictures turn out good. Yesterday I did a shoulder AP and Lat and a clavicle on a screaming 2y. old, that fell from a bed, with the help of the father, they are better than the mothers. Very proud Cool

... So that's it, not my favorite thing, but I am getting good at it.
