Other uses for an MRI

Is anyone aware of any non medical uses for an MRI.

Also, can you realistically own an MRI imaging center, charge $500 per scan and still make money? Thanks

A simple web search reveals that any medical imaging specialty is used by the industrial sector, is used in medical and agricultural research.

Depending on your state law, can you say, "Certificate of Need"? Regardless of what you think you're charging, you'll need first to prove that there is a local need for the service you propose providing.

And, like any business, you can make money provided that your expenses do not outweigh your income.
