|
I underwent a scan at work today (off the record) for "pressure" in my R kidney region. While scanning the ABD/PLVS, myself and the radiology technician encountered a "white mass" perhaps the size of a half dollar or a little larger inside my stomach. It appeared to not be attached to the stomach wall, but niether of us could make any sense of it. The only thing I have had to eat in the past 24 hours was Goldfish crackers, McDonalds burger/fries/soda (cheese only, no other toppings), 3 peppermint patties (these were approx 5-10 minutes prior to the exam) and a few more glasses of soda.
At any rate, we were thinking on the lines that the mass was reflectivity from something in the peppermint patty since I had just eaten those; short of that the other option is a dense mass of some kind.
Any ideas? |

i'm personally leaning toward the pepermint patties..
ooohh!! i know, have them put some patties in a small ziplock bag, then put that bag into a bigger bag with saline or water!!!
....ok, i'm just bored, and looking for fun things to do
