What is this for? Is this a Nursing website where you can learn how to nurse? my girlfriend might be very interested in this if that is the case.

Looks more like someone decided to spam the forums.

Some form of "Top Site".

I find most of the links on a site like this linked one are garbage.

Duality, you'd be better off Googling and finding a forum like this except fro nurses.
