newbiel, need help choosing school in central FL

once upon a time i worked alongside an RT in a small ortho office as a BXMO. I enjoyed the profession but really wanted to become an Licensed RT. Left the business and2 years later looking to try and get into a community college radiography prg. Unfortunately my prerequisite grades are mediocre, however i am a degreeed with a AA an BA in Comm.

I have my eyes set on PHCC & Keiser Univ. any feedback on these schools entrance difficulty and accreditation? I have been pondering retaking a couple of the prerequisites to better my grades, is this frowned upon
