Too easy. Throckmorton's Sign is also known as John Thomas sign. You have to wonder about that guy Throckmorten, don't you? The story goes that Tom Bentley Throckmorton was a resident at the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Hospital.
He reported his findings in JAMA in the '20's, or so I'm told.
