need help with a resume

I would like some help with creating my resume. I am RT(R)(M) and have been in this field for over 10 years, I have lost my resume and need to re-create it. If someone could send me a copy of theirs(less personal info) to get a basic idea that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again
