Good evening!

Could anyone explain me what the T2* relaxation really means, please? I think I understood the T1 and T2 relaxation, but I could not do this with T2*, because I do not have much knowledge regarding physics. If someone is trying to explain this to me, please try to use as few technical terms as possible. Thank you!

i think your refering to T2* decay right? T2* decay is the decay of the FID after the RF pulse. just to kinda sum up so u may understand better, like T1 recovery/relaxation is the time it takes for longitudinal magnetization to recover to 63% and T2 decay/relaxation is the time it takes for 63% of transverse magnetization to be lost. so as transverse magnetization decreases so does the signal to the receiver coil, the reduced signal is the FID, and the gradual loss of FID is called T2* decay.
