The agency charged with certification of imaging specialists is the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - the ARRT. (arrt.org)

Their website is a goldmine of information - just the kind you're looking for.

From the main page, use the left nav links - Education/CE, then Primary certification, then List of Educational Programs

Select the type of program you're looking for, and the list will be sorted by state.

Of course, you could also do a google search for radiologic technology schools in California (just like I did) and I came up with several thousand hits.

Hi
I'm in Michigan and I've been experiencing the same problem. I graduated from a hospital based RT program (2009) and would like to take the registry exam for both MRI & CT A.S.A.P., but can't find any info on MRI or CT training.
Have you checked out all the teaching hospitals near you? They usually have a 2 year Allied Health Program(s) available, but hurry if your interested in Radiologic Technology the jobs in this field are becoming hard to find once you graduate.
Good Luck!
