Hi,

Can a book or bone be scanned? Is it only the protons in water that tend to be excicted in the body?

What determines whether something can be scanned and if the 'localizer' works?

The University of Minnesota has one of the most advanced MR research facilities and while they don't have any images of scanned books, they do have some interesting images of logs...
