well i finished clinicals last week and today is my last day of class! wow i cant believe im finally finished. but actually those two years went by kinda fast. i think i joined this forum around the time i started school. i didnt post to much but i did read alot and i just wanted to say thanks to everyone here i really learned alot. i thought the arrt exam would never come but i think im goin to take it next monday or tuesday i hope im ready....and the following week im going back to school to start an MRI program. |

well, it might be a little too late but good luck on your boards and your MRI program! I graduated in May and am back this semester for an MRI certificate program. |

yea will do! anyway what do i do now? the arrt will mail my scores in like 2-4 weeks i think right? along with my arrt license? but i also need a state license (florida) correct? does the arrt forward scores to the state? or do i have to do that? also im sure theres some kind of fee? sorry for all the questions i was so focused on studying i didnt really look into everything else |

well, I'm in Arizona so I'm not sure how it works in Florida but I had to send in a new application to my state organization. I didn't have to pay a fee because my limited license fee was prorated. You have to get your scores to the state, ARRT does not forward them along.

thanks guys! it looks like any questions i have regarding this are on there. and my school did talk to me about it, they gave me these forms to fill out for the florida license i believe it was, but it was like for a temp license until you were to pass the registry of something, it all just kinda confused me so i said ill just focus on passing the registry and figure this part out when im done soooo i passed and now i need to sort this stuff out lol but anyway thanks for the info! |
