question: If I embolize the GDA and the left gastric artery at the same setting are they considered the same surgical bed and therefore I code just one embolization or are they considered separate surgical beds and therefore code for 2 embolizations, thanks

As I understand codiing, if its the same surgical field its one embo code. So for your case i would say just one embo code.
