Hello,
I am interested in becoming a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. I need an online program because there is absolutely nothing in a 3 hour drive radius from where I live. I have looked into Institute of Ultrasound Diagnostic in Mobile, AL, they are accredited by the CAAHEP. Also Mountain STate university in West Virginia.

IUD in mobile, AL. is much less expensive, however you must seek a sallie mae loan, no FAFSA. It is shorter in length, the program lasts 12 months, you must attend their school for 3 weeks, but you can do clinicals in your area.

Mountain State is more expensive and the program is 18 months. They also have more prerequisites required for admission.
I would like to know if anybody knows of either of these schools. I am leaning more toward IUD in Mobile AL, but nobody seems to know of them.

I need a little bit of guidance please.
