Posted: Fri Mar 20, 2009 11:21 pm Post subject: Include specialty rotations on resume clinical experience? |
|
I did post this in another forum, but thought I'd also try here.
I currently have a restricted license and looking to graduate and sit for the registry in May. So I'm trying to get a feel for the job market and get my resume in order. My program includes special modality rotations (2wks each). Some of these actually allowed a good amount of hands on experience while others were more observe/assist. Is it worth putting on the resume? |

Any rotations as a result of your program can be mentioned only as educational experience.
They are not work experience, you were not working, you were a student.

by the way, once you've posted in one forum on this board, it is not necessary to post anywhere else. People will find it. |

As noted in my first sentence, I mentioned I posted this on another board (due to varying activity and perspectives).
Thanks for your help. |

It's been my experience that everyone reads everything here - students don't stick to the student forum, technologists don't stick to 'ask a technologist' ...
