Since a forum, by definition, is "public meeting place for open discussion", I think this qualifies perfectly well. What is it exactly that you mean by "legit"?
PET= about 1.6mm spatial resolution, functional not anat/phys
Spect= 1+cm spatial resolution, used primarily in the localization of tumors but provides little in the way of overal A&P
MR= as high as 100micrometers resolution, can be used for functionality and A&P
CT= 1mm resolution, anatomic rather than functional. |

If you questioned whether you thought this was a REAL forum, why didn't you just seek out the admin - RadMaster- and ask.
I am glad that hjhogle knew your answers. Not all of us are in those
modalities and did not have questions on the registry about them.
There is a phrase that suits you:
"Everyone likes a little A** but not a SmartA**"

Where did I get the information? I did an MSN search on MRI spatial resolution and found a comparison. You can do the same, then you'll know where it is. I found info using Wikipedia .. but as a student, you should be aware that some info on Wikipedia has been found to be unreliable. Try Radiology SWICKI at http://radiology-swicki.eurekster.com/, try this site out of the UK - http://www.xray2000.co.uk/
Good luck

If you are capable of finding this forum, surely you could do your own
research for your own question.
And since you made the comment about a legitimate forum and not your
teacher, in no way would anyone blame the teacher.

MurphyMobile..
Did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed ? I just wanted to know if this forum was where people really where involved and paticipating. Thats what I meant about "legit forum". Now that I know this I know I can depend on it and come here if I have any questions..And that's what I meant about "legit" meaning dependable.
I am very curious to see what your follow up respond is going to be. _________________ The stronger swordsman does not necessarily win. It is speed! Speed of hand, speed of mind. |
