I am a MRI Registry eligible tech and am in the process of studying to sit for the exam. I too was wondering what to study from and from what I have been told and could see the book" mri in practice" by westbrook and the review book by Faulkner are both really useful. Mind you the "Mri in practice" is tough reading and bit tiring however, I have heard it referred to as the "mri bible" so it would be a good thing to study from. Anyone else have any insight? I have heard that there are questions from the faulkner book show up on registry exam.

mri-tips on the internet is a very good source. most of the review books have a copywrite date of 1995, the physics and anatomy and such are still good but some of the safety has been updated; sar levels. you can get the new levels at fda.gov
