Hello,

Could you please try to read this scan? My mother has a squamous cell cancer in her right external ear. Can you please read the scan and let me know if she has anything else than in her right ear? The doctors said there is nothing that is spread other than on the right ear.

Thank you very much in advance.

Here are some pictures of the scan:

This is not a forum for Radiologists - physicians who specialize in the interpretation of diagnostic images. This is forum for Radiographers, professionals who specialize in obtaining those images.

Additionally, if you posted this information in a forum for physicians ... how would you know if the person giving you their opinion was even qualified to make a statement? That's the definition of an anonymous forum.

And, qualified physicians would not read images on the basis of reproduced picture files posted on the internet. Diagnostic images are in a format with a higher resolution than jpg files, and they are read on diagnostic monitors, not standard computer screens.

Most insurance companies will pay for a second opinion. Contact a board-certified Radiologist in your area.
