What projection of the skull shows the odontoid in the foramen magnum? Method name? |

My guess (& I really mean guess) is gonna be the SMV projection, because in the Townes you see the dorsum sellae & the posterior clinoid in the shadow of the foramen magnum
Of course, the Fuch's method for the C-spine shows the odontoid in the foramen magnum also  |

Hey, we're all in this together!! We have to learn somehow! There'
s no reason to feel dumb at all...we are all learning & we learn by being wrong sometimes. I know when I've missed something on a quiz or test, I'm more likely to remember it later on!! I'm really curious as to what the answer is! Have a great weekend  |

It is the Fuch's method.
I'm sorry I shouldn't have said skull projection. It is a C-spine projection. Yes I can see why that was confusing. Sorry  |

Smv gives the best details of the base of the skull.can agree with c-spine projection |
