I completed a program last October. Because I am not registered(I am taking the exam either this month or next), it took me quite a while to find a job(almost 5 months). I am at a hospital that is way more detailed in their protocols than I was trained. I also see how my skills suffered by not scanning for 5 months....I was told I have 3 months to improve this past Friday. It's just really depressing...I love this field and want to be a really good tech. Has anyone else experienced a tough start in their first job or can identify with something similar to this or am I the only one? Thanks for any advice.....
