Decision Making...?

I am vendor/service provider. 90% of my time is spent with the tech's vs. the MD's. However it seems all of the decision making comes from either the MD's or the admin. Do you find this to be true most of the time?

The decisions will always be made by the person or persons who have the power to pay the bill. A good employer will ask a tech what their opinion is on a product and then base their decision on multiple factors. My boss will almost always go with the least expensive option unless a radiologist insists otherwise. It never hurts to get the tech on your side though. Good Luck.
