We are doing sentinel node injections but are not imaging the patient. We are only being reimbursed for the radiopharmaceutical. We need a CPT code. Any help is appreicated.

I would suggest code 38792, but this is only if the injection was to identify the sentinel node. Otherwise, you might could try 38790. Just a .
