Chief Rad Therapist Position

We are currently recruiting a Chief Radiation Therapist for a permanent, full-time position in Texas. The Chief Therapist will supervise 15-20 Therapists, Nurses and MA’s in 2 free-standing Centers treating 100 patients a day on Varian accelerators. Serving primarily in an Administrative role, the Chief Therapist will be responsible for scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, ordering supplies, daily conflict resolution, etc. The Centers feature state-of-the-art equipment and are continuously seeking improvements in technology and the quality of patient care. Candidates with previous supervisory experience are preferred, but Therapists with 6-10 years of experience looking to move into a management role are also encouraged to apply. The Centers are in a large metropolitan area in a region that features diverse cultural activities and year-round recreational opportunities.
