Hello, I'm a student in Chemistry 1 and I have an assignment in which I have to talk to a radiologist. If anyone has a moment I wouldlove it if you could answer some of my questions.
Thanks so much,
Kanika
What is a basic job description for that person?
Find out how the workers protect themselves from excessive radiation.
How do they know if they have received excess radiation?
What is done for workers who are overexposed to radiation?
The Equipment—
What equipment is used?
What tests can be done with these instruments?
What risks are involved for the patient?
How are these risks minimized?
YOUR QUESTIONS:
Have you ever known somebody who had problems with radiation?
Is this actually something to worry about?
Specifically what equipment causes problems with radiation? |

This was slightly urgent so whenever anyone gets a chance to look at this it would be great. |
